ORDINANCE NO. 001257

Authorizing five Ryan White Title II Grant subcontracts in the total amount of $316,300.00 with various agencies to provide HIV care coordination services for a one year period.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the agreements between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, acting through its Director of Health, and the listed agencies, acting through their officers of executory authority, agree to provide HIV care coordination services for the period of July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, for which the City will provide listed funds, previously appropriated in Account No. 01-248-050-2422-B, are hereby authorized. Copies of the agreements, in substantial form, are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

Good Samaritan Project 62,200.00

Samuel Rodgers Health Clinic 45,000.00

Swope Parkway Health Center 42,000.00

Jackson County Health Department 38,500.00
