ORDINANCE NO. 060098

 

Approving the preliminary plat of DOT of Kansas City Condominiums on a .09 acre tract of land generally located at 1517 Oak Street. (SD 1224)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the preliminary plat of DOT of Kansas City Condominiums on a .09 acre tract of land generally located at 1517 Oak Street, and more specifically described as follows:

 

The South 33 feet of Lot 860, except that part taken for widening Oak Street, Block 62, McGee's Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.

 

The above description contains 3,910 square feet more or less and was taken from a Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 2003K0088825 as recorded in the recorder's office of said Jackson County at Kansas City.

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer cause the area to be platted and processed in accordance with Chapter 66, Code of Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Subdivision Regulations.

 

2. That the developer contribute $358.62 in lieu of parkland dedication for 2 units (2 units 3 .006 $9,961.61 (year 2005) = $358.62) in satisfaction of Section 66-128 of the Subdivision Regulations.

 

3. That the developer secure permits to repair sidewalks, curbs, and gutters as necessary along all development street frontages as required by Development Services in accordance with Chapters 56 and 64, Code of Ordinances, prior to recording of the plat.

 

4.      That the developer receive the approval of the Board of Zoning Adjustment for all necessary variances.

 

A copy of the preliminary plat is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been given and had.
