Accepting various easements and deeds in Jackson, Clay and Platte Counties; and directing the City Clerk to record the acceptance.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City and Independence, for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, and for Platte County, Missouri, at Platte City.
