Approving an $11,000.00 contract with Brookside Business Association for 1992 and 1993 Brookside Art Annuals from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Fourth Council District).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute an $11,000.00 contract with Brookside Business Association for 1992 and 1993 Brookside Art Annuals from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to Account No. 235-067-2140 (Fourth Council District), which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
