ORDINANCE NO. 930096

Authorizing Modification No. 2 to Lease No. N62467-93-RP-00211 with the United States of America (Marine Corps Support Activity) at Richards-Gebaur Airport, deleting three buildings from the demised premises.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Modification No. 2 to Lease No. N62467-93- RP-00211 (Marine Corps Support Activity) with the United States of America in which Building Nos. 130, 132 and 133 shall be deleted from the lease document. A copy of the modification is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said modification are hereby approved.
