ORDINANCE NO. 021426

Estimating revenue in the amount of $173,000.00 in the General Fund; appropriating it to the MMRS Contract account of the General Fund; and recognizing an emergency.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimating in the following amount:

03-100-023-7619 MMRS Contract $173,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $173,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

03-100-023-2404-B MMRS Contract $173,000.00

Section 3. That this ordinance, being a general appropriation ordinance, is recognized as an emergency measure within the provisions of Section 15, Article II of the Charter of Kansas City, and shall take effect in accordance with that section.
