ORDINANCE NO. 960469

Authorizing a $107,800.00 agreement with HNTB Corporation for Project No. K57 - Prepare Strategic Plan at Kansas City Downtown and Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airports and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $122,800.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a $107,800.00 agreement for Project No. K57 - Prepare Strategic Plan at Kansas City Downtown and Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airports with HNTB Corporation. A copy of agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amounts heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airport Fund 94-821-062-7261-T1104 for work to be performed under the aforesaid agreement:

$107,800.00 Consultant Services

15,000.00 Contingent Obligations

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
