That the grading easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, as Document No. G95464 in Book 2034 at Page 66; a tract of land situated in the northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 52, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 155, North Hampton Second Plat, a subdivision of land in said city and state, said point also lying on the northwesterly right of way of N. Dittman; thence north 37 degrees 09 minutes 22 seconds east, along aid right of way, 10.00 feet; thence south 52 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds east, along the northeasterly line of said plat, 60.00 feet; thence north 37 degrees 09 minutes 22 seconds east, 20.00 feet; thence north 52 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds west, 70.00 feet; thence south 37 degrees 09 minutes 22 seconds west, 30.00 feet to a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 155; thence south 52 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds east, along said northeasterly line, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns, and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 7. All that part of the 15 foot wide sanitary sewer easement recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City, as Document No. B548943 in Book B5889 at Page 97; located on tract A of Executive Park Twenty Third Plat, a subdivision of land in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 8. That a permanent sewer easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, as Instrument No. E71100, Book 1532, Page 531 on January 4, 1984 described as follows: Tract A: A strip of land 30.0 feet in width through part of Section 16, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying within 7.5 feet on the southeasterly side and within 22.5 feet on the northwesterly side of the following described baseline: BEGINNING at a point on the north line of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being North 89 degrees, 53 minutes, 9 seconds East, 473.97 feet, as measured along said north line from the northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said section 16; thence South 24 degrees, 46 minutes, 39 seconds West, 396.81 feet; thence South 5 degrees, 41 minutes, 5 seconds West, 569.13 feet; thence South 30 degrees 17 minutes, 57 degrees West, 400.87 feet; thence South 50 degrees, 29 minutes, 37 seconds West, 330.57 feet; thence South 11 degrees, 4 minutes, 47 seconds West 166.70 feet; thence South 69 degrees, 2 minutes, 17 seconds West 42.06 feet to a point that is 918.74 feet North and 306.20 feet West (by coordinate) from the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being also the POINT OF TERMINATION, except that part thereof lying within 7.5 feet on either side of the above described baseline. The outer limits of the above described strip of land are to be lengthened or shortened, as necessary to terminate on Grantor's northerly property lines; and Tract B: A strip of land 150.0 feet in width through part of Section 16, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying within 100.0 feet on the southeasterly side and within 50.0 feet on the northwesterly side of the following described baseline: BEGINNING at a point on the north line of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being North 89 degrees, 53 minutes, 9 seconds East, 473.97 feet, as measured along said North line from the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16; thence South 24 degrees, 46 minutes, 39 seconds West, 396.81 feet; thence South 5 degrees, 41 minutes, 5 seconds West, 569.13 feet; thence South 30 degrees, 17 minutes, 57 seconds West, 400.87 feet; thence South 50 degrees, 29 minutes, 37 seconds West 91.17 feet to a point on the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being 1329.30 feet south, as measured along said West line from the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16; thence continuing south 50 degrees, 29 minutes, 37 seconds West, 330.57 feet; thence South 11 degrees, 4 minutes, 47 seconds West, 166.70 feet; thence South 69 degrees, 2 minutes, 17 seconds West, 42.06 feet to a point that is 918.74 feet North and 306.20 feet west (by coordinate) from the southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being also the POINT OF TERMINATION, except that part thereof lying within 7.5 feet on and within 22.5 on the Northwesterly side of the above described baseline. That a permanent and temporary sewer easement recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, recorded as Instrument No. E71097, Book 1532, Page 523 accepted on January 4, 1984, described as follows: Tract A: A strip of land 30.0 feet in width through part of Section 16, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying within 7.5 feet on the Northwesterly side and within 22.5 feet on the Southeasterly side of the following described baseline: BEGINNING at a point on the South line of Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being North 89 degrees, 56 minutes, 52 seconds East, as measured along said South line, 812.72 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 16; thence North 51 degrees, 6 minutes, 47 seconds East, 511.53 feet; thence North 36 degrees, 7 minutes, 6 seconds East, 1037.91 feet; thence North 15 degrees, 21 minutes, 57 seconds East, 155.38 feet to a point on the North line of the South of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being South 89 degrees, 58 minutes, 13 seconds West, as measured along said north line, 754.41 feet from the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, except that part thereof lying within 7.5 feet on either side of the above described baseline. The outer limits of the above described strip of land are to be lengthened or shortened, as necessary, to terminate on Grantor's property lines; and Tract B: A strip of land 150.0 feet in width through part of Section 16, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying within 100 feet on the Northwesterly side and within 50 feet on the Southeasterly side of the following described baseline: BEGINNING at a point on the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being North 89 degrees, 56 minutes, 52 seconds East, as measured along said South line, 812.72 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 16, thence North 51 degrees, 6 minutes, 47 seconds East, 511.53 feet; thence North 36 degrees, 7 minutes, 6 seconds East, 1037.91 feet; thence North 15 degrees, 21 minutes, 57 seconds East, 155.38 feet to a point on the North line of the South of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, said point being South 89 degrees, 58 minutes, 13 seconds West, as measured along said North line, 754.41 feet from the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 16, except that part thereof lying within 7.5 feet of the Northwesterly side and within 22.5 feet on the Southeasterly side of the above described baseline. The outer limits of the above described strip of land are to be lengthened or shortened, as necessary, to terminate on Grantor's property lines; be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Water Services, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

That a standard sewer easement recorded in the Recorders Office for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, as Instrument No. C35940, Book 1020, Page 802, accepted July 16, 1969, described as follows: Tract A: A strip of land 15.0 feet in width through part of Section 9, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying 7l5 feet on either side of the following-described centerline; Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9, said point being 473.97 feet East, as measured along said South line, from the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9; thence North 24 degrees, 46 minutes, 39 seconds East 174.04 feet; thence North 4 degrees, 35 minutes, 44 seconds West 618.22 feet; thence North 7 degrees, 51 minutes, 13 seconds East 285.13 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 37 minutes, 30 seconds West 589.18 feet; thence North 35 degrees, 24 minutes, 46 seconds East 686.50 feet; thence North 4 degrees 49 minutes, 7 seconds East 384.62 feet to a point on the South line of NE Barry Road, as now established, said point being 35.63 feet South and 948.0 feet East (by coordinate) from the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9, said point being also the point of termination be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Water Services, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 11. That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be recorded in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City and Independence, Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, and for Platte County, Missouri, at Platte City, respectively.
