ORDINANCE NO. 040834

 

Accepting various deeds and easements conveying land to the City for public use purposes for future public redevelopment for the Kansas Department of Transportation Project as contracted with the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the acquisition of rights of way and directing the City Clerk to file same.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the following listed deeds and easements conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple for public purposes for future public redevelopment for the Kansas Department of Transportation Project, and recorded in the office of the Director of Records of Jackson County, Missouri at Kansas City under the instrument numbers and on the books and pages indicated, are hereby accepted:
