ORDINANCE NO. 900758

 

Amending a previously approved preliminary plan in District R-5-p on a 2.1 acre tract of land bounded by Walrond and College Avenues and 22nd and 23rd Streets. (8326-P-1)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a preliminary plan for District R-5-p on a 2.1 acre tract of land bounded by Walrond and College Avenues and 22nd and 23rd Streets, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 49, Range 33, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of 23rd Street with the East line of Walrond Avenue; thence East along the North line of 23rd Street 276.35 feet, to the West line of College Avenue; thence North along the West line of College Avenue to the South line of 22nd Street; thence West along the South line of 22nd Street to the East line of Walrond Avenue; thence South to the point of beginning; subject to easements, restrictions and rights-of-way of record, if any.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer cause the area to be platted and processed in accordance with Chapter 31, Code of General

Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as

the Subdivision Regulations.

 

2. That the developer dedicate right of way on 23rd Street to provide 50 feet from centerline.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900758, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
