Accepting a Missouri Warranty Deed conveying land to the City for public use purposes for the Parks and Recreation Department and Solid Waste Management generally located at 1301 Chouteau Trafficway and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deed conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple for public purposes for use by the Parks and Recreation Department and Solid Waste Management generally located at 1301 Chouteau Trafficway having been recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City under the instrument number and in the book and page indicated is hereby accepted.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the City for public use purposes.
