Authorizing a lease agreement with Don Bosco Community Center for office space at the Linwood Multi-Purpose Center at a rate of $5,233.20 annually.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a one-year lease agreement with Don Bosco Community Center for office space at Linwood Multi- Purpose Center at a rate of $436.10 per month or $5,233.20 annually.
