RESOLUTION NO. 120100

 

Approving the appointment of Anthony Bonuchi as a new alternate member to the Board of Zoning Adjustment.

WHEREAS, RSMo Section 89.080 and Section 88-605-01-A of the Zoning and Development Code requires the advice and consent of the Council for appointments to the Board of Zoning Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the Council hereby approves the appointment of the following individual as an alternate member to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the term specified below:

 

Anthony Bonuchi

Third Alternate

Term of Office Expires: December 26, 2013
