ORDINANCE NO. 940738

Estimating and appropriating revenue to the City Development Department and authorizing a cooperative agreement with the Midtown Community Development Corporation d/b/a Community Builders for relocation services provided by the City of Kansas City, Missouri and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby reestimated in the following additional amount:

95-100-064-6209 Relocation Fees $30,600.00

Section 2. That the sum of $30,600.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

95-100-064-2020-B City Planning and Development $30,600.00

Section 3. Authorizing the City Development Department to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Midtown Community Development Corporation for relocation services provided by the City of Kansas City. A copy of said cooperative agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
