ORDINANCE NO. 961070

 

Reestimating $144,202.00 in revenue in the State Reimbursement AIDS account and $28,884.00 in the AIDS Prevention account and appropriating said sums to various AIDS Education and Testing accounts.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the revenue estimates in the following accounts be amended in order to correct the budgeted to actual revenue estimates for fiscal year 1997 for the Kansas City Metro AIDS Contract with the Missouri Department of Health, previously approved in Ordinance No. 960283. That the revenue in the following accounts of the General Fund are hereby reestimated in the following additional amounts:

 

97-100-050-7230 State Reimbursement AIDS $144,202.00 97-100-050-7232 AIDS Prevention 28,884.00 TOTAL $173,086.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $173,086.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following accounts:

 

97-100-050-2420-A AIDS Education and Testing $ 10,478.00 97-100-050-2420-B AIDS Education and Testing 158,932.00 97-100-050-2420-C AIDS Education and Testing 3,676.00 TOTAL $173,086.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
