To approve project recommendations made by the Line Creek Valley Impact Fee Advisory Committee.

WHEREAS, Chapter 39-6(i) requires the City Council to approve the appropriation of funds recommended by the Impact Fee Benefit Advisory Committees; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY;

Section 1. That the following recommendations of the Line Creek Valley Impact Fee Benefit District (District E) are hereby approved:

        $500,000 for construction of N. Congress Avenue from Barry Road to Highway 152 by the Zona Rosa Corporation

        $200,000 for design and engineering to fix the alignment and grades of the Englewood Road between Highway 169 and Waukomis Drive
