Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into the Seventy-Seventh Federal Aid Urban Program Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission relating to the traffic signal interconnect on Truman Road between Benton Plaza and Jackson.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of the City, an agreement between the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the City of Kansas City, a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri, relating to the construction of signalization improvements on Truman Road between Benton Plaza and Jackson, FAU Grant No. STP-3330(406), Project No. 4064, in Kansas City, Missouri, Council District 3. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
