federally-funded grant to use DNA to solve cold cases; and designated
requisitioning authority.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the revenue in the following account in the KCMBU Police Grants Fund is hereby
estimated in the following additional amount:
KCMBU 08-2390-210000-477395 08
Solving Cold Cases with DNA $187,200.00
Section 2. That
the sum of $187,200.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund
Balance of the KCMBU Police Grants Fund to the following account in the KCMBU
Police Grants Fund:
KCMBU 08-2390-129996-X Transfer
to KCPDU Component
Unit $187,200.00
Section 3. That
the revenue in the following account in the KCPDU Police Grants Fund is hereby
estimated in the following additional amount:
KCPDU 08-2390-210000-599900 Transfer
from KC Primary $187,200.00

Section 4. That
the sum of $187,200.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund

the Board of Police Commissioners is designated as requisitioning authority for
