ORDINANCE NO. 040369

Authorizing a Cooperative Agreement with the State of Missouri for continued use of the armory and training facility located on Ozark Road and construction of a vehicle maintenance facility and parking for additional vehicles.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the State of Missouri through its Adjutant General for continued use of the armory and training facility located on Ozark Road in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, for a period of thirty (30) years.

Section 2. That the City agrees to allow the State of Missouri to build a vehicle maintenance facility and parking for additional vehicles on the site.
