ORDINANCE NO. 971794

 

Approving a GP signage plan in District GP-3 for an approximately 19.73 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of N.W. Barry Road and Executive Hills Drive. (8892-GP-6)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a GP signage plan in District GP-3 for an approximately 19.73 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of N.W. Barry Road and Executive Hills Drive, and more specifically described as follows:

 

TRACT 1: Lot 1, Spelman Medical Park, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

TRACT 2: Lot 2, Quail Run - Second Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

That part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 51 North, Range 33 West of the 5th P.M., in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying east of Interstate Route 29 and lying north of N.W. Barry Road described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence South 8901'20" East (all bearings herein are referenced to the Missouri State Plane Coordinate System) on the south line of said Northwest 1/4, 2635.13 feet to the southeast corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence North 034'35" East on the east line of said Northwest 1/4, 115.00 feet thence North 8901'20" West on a line 115.00 feet northerly from and parallel with the south line of said Northwest 1/4, 171.23 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 8901'20" West on a line 115.00 feet northerly from, and parallel with, said south line 311.98 feet; thence North 4300'00" West, 21.82 feet; thence northeasterly on a curve to the right (said curve having an initial tangent bearing of North 339'54" East, radius 333.66 feet, chord bearing North 3554'30" East, chord distance 356.03 feet) an arc distance of 375.54 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence northeasterly on a curve to the left (said curve having an initial tangent bearing North 6809'07" East, radius 450.00 feet; chord bearing North 5904'12" East, chord distance 142.06 feet, an arc distance of 142.66 feet to a point 171.23 feet westerly from the east line of said Northeast 1/4; thence South 034'35" West, on a line 171.23 feet westerly from, and parallel with, said east line, 382.69 feet to the point of beginning.

1/4; thence North 034'35" East on the east line of said Northwest 1/4, 115.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 034'35" East on said east line, 1099.93 feet; thence South 4500'00" West, 20.00 feet to a point 14.00 feet west from, as measured perpendicular to the east line of said Northeast 1/4; thence South 034'35" West on a line 14.00 feet west from, and parallel with, said east line, 360.02 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the right (said curve having a radius of 450.00 feet, chord bearing South 2516'56" West, chord distance of 376.16 feet) an arc distance of 388.08 feet to a point 171.23 feet west from, as measured perpendicular to, the east line of said Northeast 1/4; thence South 034'35" West on a line 171.23 feet west from, and parallel with, said east line, 382.69 feet to a point 115.00 feet north of, as measured perpendicular to, the south line of said Northwest 1/4; thence South 8901'20" East on a line 115.00 feet north from, and parallel with, said south line, 171.23 feet to the point of beginning.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 971794, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
