ORDINANCE NO. 090428

 

Authorizing a $25,000.00 Amendment No. 4 to an agreement with TranSystems Corporation for Project No. 89001236 - NW 64th-68th Street (Gower) Connector; and authorizing the City Manager to expend $25,000.00 from previously appropriated funds for the project.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a $25,000.00 Amendment No. 4 to an agreement with TranSystems Corporation for Project No. 89001236 - NW 64th-68th Street (Gower) Connector, in Kansas City, Missouri, Platte County, Council District 2. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Capital Improvements Management Office.

 

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to expend the sum of $25,000.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 10-3090-898812-B.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
