ORDINANCE NO. 910989

Approving a $4,000.00 contract amendment with Black Economic Union of Greater Kansas City for the Third District Convention from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Third Council District), increasing the total contract amount to $12,000.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute an $4,000.00 contract amendment with Black Economic Union of Greater Kansas City for the Third District Convention from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to Activity No. 35-95314B (Third Council District), which contract amendment is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto. The total obligation under this contract is hereby increased to $12,000.00.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
