COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 900252

Authorizing a three party Cooperative Agreement for Public Improvement between the City of Raymore, Jackson County and Kansas City for replacement of two bridges at 155th Street over Lumpkin's Fork Creek in Cass County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINNED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of Kansas City a three party Cooperative Agreement for Public Improvement between the City of Raymore, the City of Kansas City and Jackson County to provide for the replacement of two bridges at 155th Street over Lumpkin's Fork Creek in Cass County. The Agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
