RESOLUTION NO. 100358

Appointing Anne J. LaBella as Judge of the Kansas City Municipal Division of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri.

WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists in Division 207 of the Kansas City Municipal Division of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri; and

WHEREAS, the Municipal Judicial Nominating Commission has nominated a panel of three candidates for such position, of which Anne J. LaBella was one; and

WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the qualifications and interviewed all three candidates and now desires to make an appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That Anne J. LaBella is hereby appointed as Judge to fill the vacancy in Division 207 of the Kansas City Municipal Division of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri.
