ORDINANCE NO. 110298

 

Authorizing a contract not to exceed $250,000.00 with TriTech Software Systems for expanded licensing of TriTech computer aided dispatching software to facilitate consolidation of fire suppression and emergency medical services communication systems and to provide interface with new radio system.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Fire Chief is authorized to execute a contract not to exceed $250,000.00 for expanded software licensing and related services with TriTech Software Systems from funds previously appropriated in the Public Safety Sales Tax Fund, Account No. 11-2320-232550-616200. A copy of the contract will be filed with the City Clerk.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
