Authorizing execution of the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) with Chautauqua Airlines, Inc., at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) with Chautauqua Airlines, Inc., at Kansas City International Airport extending the term until April 30, 2005. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
