Authorizing a professional services contract with RCC Consultants, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $596,470.00 for services connected with Public Safety Radio Enhancements Project.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a professional services contract with RCC Consultants, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $596,470.00 for professional services connected with the Public Safety Radio Enhancements Project to be paid from fund appropriated in Account No. 99-100-010-7001-T. The contract is approved in substantial form as that attached to the original of this ordinance. The City Manager is authorized to make such

changes or additions to the form of the contract as he deems necessary or advisable.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
