ORDINANCE
NO. 160295
Approving contracts with various
agencies in the amount of $1,318,800.00 for events and projects from the
Neighborhoods Tourist Development Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the City Manager is authorized to execute contracts in the total amount of
$1,318,800.00 with the following agencies in the respective amounts for
Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund projects and events from the funds
previously appropriated in Account No. 16-2350-672100-B. These contracts are
hereby approved, in substantial form, as that on file in the City Manager’s
Office.
