Approving
an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District PD/C-2 (Planned
Development/Local Retail Business District) on approximately a 1.1 acre tract
of land generally located on the north side of 75th Street between Washington
Street and Pennsylvania Avenue (except for the property on the northeast corner
of 75th Street and Pennsylvania). (11371-PD-5)

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District
PD/C-2 (Planned Development/Local Retail Business District) on approximately a
1.1 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of 75th Street
between Washington Street and Pennsylvania Avenue (except for the property on
the northeast corner of 75th Street and Pennsylvania), and more specifically
described as follows:
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
and 12, including all of a vacated alley between Lots 11 and 12, and Lots 1 to
10, inclusive, Stanwood Place, a subdivision of land in Kansas City, Jackson
County, Missouri, except the south 60 feet of the west 10 feet of said Lot 8
and the south 60 feet of said Lots 9 and 10, as all said lots are marked and
designated on the recorded plat of said subdivision on file in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City, according
to the recorded plat thereof.

hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That
the developer provide for fire protection as required by the Fire Department.
2. That
the developer submit a final plan to the City Plan Commission for approval, including
plans for grading, landscaping, screening, berming and signage.
A
copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under
Document No. 020043, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
