ORDINANCE NO. 990969

 

Accepting a $62,000.00 State Services to Victims Grant from the Missouri Department of Public Safety; estimating revenue in the amount of $1,314.00 in the General Fund; and increasing appropriations in the amount of 5,428.00 in the State Services to Victims Grant accounts of the General Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to accept a $62,000.00 State Services to Victims Grant from the Missouri Department of Public Safety.

 

Section 2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

 

00-100-057-7130 State Services to Victims Grant $1,314.00

 

Section 3. That the appropriation in the following accounts of the General Fund are hereby increased by the following amounts:

 

00-100-057-2015-A State Services to Victims Grant $1,000.00

00-100-057-2015-B State Services to Victims Grant 4,428.00

TOTAL $5,428.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
