ORDINANCE NO. 110206

 

Revoking a previously approved preliminary plan in District C-2-p on a 0.58 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of W. 104th Street about 350 feet west of Madison Avenue. (9559-P-3)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the revocation of a previously approved preliminary plan in District C-2-p (Local Retail Business/Limited District), on a 0.58 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of W. 104th Street about 350 feet west of Madison Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Lot 1, Watts Mill Auto Repair, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
