RESOLUTION NO. 911205

Approving the appointment of the Citizens Budget Review Commission.

WHEREAS, the Citizens Budget Review Commission has been created to scrutinize the City budget and identify ways of raising revenues and addressing deficits; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of seven outstanding citizens of Kansas City to serve on this crucial Commission; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the following mayoral appointments to the Citizens Budget Review Commission for terms expiring September 1, 1993, are hereby approved:

James B. Nutter, Chairperson

Patricia Brown-Dixon, Vice Chairperson

Donald E. Arney

Edward F. Ford, III

Herb Johnson

Susan M. Stanton

William M. Washington
