Authorizing an amendment to the Terminal Building Lease Agreement with BJS Enterprises, Inc. at MKC Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the Terminal Building Lease Agreement with BJS Enterprises, Inc. at Kansas City Downtown Airport. The City has agreed to abate a portion of the tenant's rent for a period of sixteen months. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said amendment are hereby approved.
