Accepting a $41,392.00 grant from the North Shore Animal League for pet adoption advertising; estimating revenue in said amount and appropriating said amount to the appropriate account.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is hereby authorized to accept a $41,392.00 grant for pet adoption advertising from the North Shore Animal League for the period from May 1, 1994 through April 30, 1995.

Section 2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

95-100-057-8268 North Shore Animal League Grant $41,392.00

Section 3. That the sum of $41,392.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

95-100-057-2600-B Animal Control $41,392.00
