ORDINANCE NO. 980229

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District GP-2 (General Transient Retail Business) on approximately a 2.066 acre tract of land generally located at 11300 N.W. Prairie View Road. (9625-GP-1)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District GP-2 (General Transient Retail Business) on approximately a 2.066 acre tract of land generally located at 11300 N.W. Prairie View Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 52, Range 34, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 52, Range 34, said point being 44.9 feet west of the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 52, Range 34, said point also being on the west right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 71; thence South 018'00" West, along said west right of way line 516.3 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 018'00" West, a distance of 300 feet; thence South 8936'48" West, 300 feet; thence North 008'00" East, a distance of 300 feet; thence North 8936'48" East, a distance of 300 feet to the true point of beginning.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 980229, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
