ORDINANCE NO. 011138

 

Authorizing an $8,000.00 Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with Capital Electric Company, Inc., for Project No. C000706 - Electrical Services for Airports and Substations at the Kansas City International Airport which increases the total contract amount to $208,000.00.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an $8,000.00 Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement for Project No. C000706 - Electrical Services for Airports and Substations at Kansas City International Airport with Capital Electric Company, Inc. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amount heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airports Fund, 02-821-2100-B-1626 for work to be performed under the aforesaid amendment:

 

$8,000.00 Downtown Airport Services

 

Section 3. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to increase the contract amount up to an additional $35,000.00 without further City Council action.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
