COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 981147

Repealing Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 970035, As Amended; and repealing Ordinance Nos. 981144 and 990664.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 970035, As Amended, is hereby repealed.

Section 2. That Ordinance No. 981144, passed September 17, 1998, and Ordinance No. 990664, passed May 13, 1999, are both hereby repealed.

Section 3. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
