ORDINANCE NO. 930441

Authorizing a contract with Musselman & Hall Contractors, Inc. for Project No. A87 - Rehabilitate Terminal A, B and C Bridges at KCI and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $416,182.01.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a contract for Project No. A87 - Rehabilitate Terminal A, B and C Bridges at Kansas City International Airport with Musselman & Hall Contractors, Inc. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amounts heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airport Fund (821-062-7237-T1106) for work to be performed under the aforesaid contract:

$361,182.01 Construction $ 55,000.00 Contingent Obligations

Section 3. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said contract are hereby approved.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
