Authorizing a personal services contract for architectural drafting services with Ingrid R. Bunn for the period May 1, 1993 through April 30, 1994.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into a personal services contract with Ingrid R. Bunn in an amount not to exceed $32,132.00 for architectural drafting technician services for a term beginning May 1, 1993 and ending April 30, 1994.

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to expend the sum of $32,132.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 100-089-7726T as and for consideration in the aforesaid personal services contract and related FICA expenses.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
