ORDINANCE NO. 070187

 

Repealing Ordinance No. 070082; transferring project appropriations in the Capital Improvements Fund and the General Fund; and designating requisitioning authority.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 070082 is repealed.

 

Section 2. That the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund Are reduced by the following amounts:

 

07-3090-898204-B District 2 Contingency $ 15,000.00

07-3090-898822-A City Market Rehabilitation 12,823.04

07-3090-898822-B City Market Rehabilitation 99,465.71

07-3090-898822-C City Market Rehabilitation 877.98

TOTAL $128,166.73

 

Section 3. That the sum of $128,166.73 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund to the following account in the Capital Improvements Sales Tax Fund:

 

07-3090-647701-B City Market $128,166.73

Section 4. That the following account in the General Fund is reduced by the following amount:

 07-1000-898822-B City Market Rehabilitation $ 5,553.92

Section 5. That the sum of $5,553.92 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

 

07-1000-647701-B City Market $ 5,553.92

 

Section 4. That the Director of City Development is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account Nos. 07-3090-647701 and 07-1000-647701.
