ORDINANCE NO. 070113

Authorizing the Director of City Development to enter into a lease agreement with Kingston Environmental for Building No. 930 located at Richards-Gebaur in Kansas City, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Kingston Environmental Services for Building No. 930 located at Richards-Gebaur in Kansas City, Missouri for the purpose of storing equipment and materials associated with its operation for the term of the lease from February 15, 2007 through November 30, 2010, with the tenant being responsible for maintenance of the facility and surrounding grounds as well as all utilities associated with its operation, with annual rent being $18,368.00.
