ORDINANCE NO. 090833

 

Amending Ordinance No. 081119 by repealing Section 2 thereof and enacting in lieu thereof a new section, revising the legal description for Project No. P of the Shoal Creek Tax Increment Financing Plan.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Ordinance No. 081119, passed November 20, 2008, is hereby amended by repealing Section 2 of the ordinance and enacting in lieu thereof a new section, to read as follows:

 

Section 2. Effective November 30, 2008, (the Original Effective Date), the redevelopment project area designated by the City to constitute Redevelopment Project P, legally described as follows:

 

All that part of Lot 1, and all of Tract A, Highland Plaza East First Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City and Liberty, Clay County, Missouri being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 1; thence South 891947 East, along the North line of said Lot 1, 472.00 feet to a point on the Kansas City, Missouri city limits line; thence South 003325 West, along said city limits line, 643.57 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 in said Kansas City; thence North 892635 West, along the South line of said Lot 1, 265.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract A; thence South 003325 West, along the East line of said Tract A, 35.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract A; thence North 892635 West, along the South line of said Tract A, 207.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract A; thence North 003325 East, along the West line of said Tract A and Lot 1, 679.50 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 7.14 Acres, more or less.

 

is approved and designated as the Shoal Creek Parkway Tax Increment Financing Plan Redevelopment Project P (Project P). The actions of all City officials and the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri, in allocating, paying, depositing, receiving and/or disbursing payments in lieu of taxes or economic activity taxes for Redevelopment Project P, which have been approved after the Original Effective Date, but prior to the effective date of this ordinance, are hereby ratified and approved.

 


Section B. That the remaining sections of Ordinance No. 081119 remain in full force and effect.
