Amending
the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport,
as amended, by designating the land use designation as agricultural and low
density residential uses for an additional area of approximately 414.67 acres
generally bounded by N.W. Barry Road on the north and the city limits of Kansas
City on the east, south and west. (247-S-54 - Area 9

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International
Airport, as amended, is hereby amended by designating the land use designation
as agricultural and low density residential uses for an additional area of
approximately 414.67 acres generally bounded by N.W. Barry Road on the north
and the city limits of Kansas City on the east, south and west, more
specifically described as follows:
The area 1,345 feet to the south of N.W. Barry Road
south to Kansas City corporate limits beginning at the east at Weatherby Lake
city limits and to the west 13,295 feet to the Kansas City corporate limits in
Sections 9 and 10, Township 51, Range 34, in Kansas City, Platte County,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Being the parcel of
land south of N.W. Barry Road within Kansas City, Missouri, immediately west of
Weatherby Lake city limits, south approximately 1,345.50 feet to the Kansas
City, Missouri corporate limits, thence west approximately 13,295.46 feet to
the Kansas City corporate limits. Containing 414.67 acres, more or less.

as shown outlined on a map marked General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas
City International Airport, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the
aforesaid plan and as an amendment to Section 80-206.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
