ORDINANCE NO. 990066

 

Approving a signage plan in District GP-2 (General Transient Retail Business) for property containing approximately 3.3 acres generally located at 10200 N. Executive Hills Boulevard. (6517-GP-6)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a signage plan for property in District GP-2 (General Transient Retail Business) containing approximately 3.3 acres generally located at 10200 N. Executive Hills Boulevard, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Lot 3, Executive Hills North, 2nd Plat, a subdivision lying in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 990066, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
