ORDINANCE NO. 051480

Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Property Owners Allocation of Rights and Duties with the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City Live, LLC, granting Kansas City Live, LLC the right to allow sidewalk businesses, banners and encroachments as well as the right to close certain streets within the Kansas City Live Project area.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a Property Owners Allocation of Rights and Duties with the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City Live, LLC, granting Kansas City Live, LLC, the right to allow all sidewalk businesses, banners and encroachments as well as the right to close streets within the Kansas City Live Project area, without further council or administrative approval. The allocation is approved in substantial form as that attached to this ordinance.
