Authorizing a 20-day extension of time for completion of Contract No. 7171 special assessment water main construction near N.E. 92nd and N. Brighton.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to extend the completion time for Contract No. 7171 construction of special assessment water mains N.E. 92nd and N. Brighton by an additional twenty (20) days. Said extension of time will be authorized by a change order to the contract, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
