ORDINANCE NO. 920374

Authorizing an amendment to the contract with Full Employment Council extending the termination by one month to May 31, 1992.

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement with the Full Employment Council, dated July 5, 1991, extending the termination date from April 30, 1992 to May 31, 1992. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms and conditions set forth in said amendment are hereby approved.
