ORDINANCE NO. 990021

Changing the date and time for City Council committee and legislative session meetings during the week of February 22, 1999.

WHEREAS, Section 2-42 of the Code of Ordinances establishes the regular meeting time for the City Council Legislative Session; and

WHEREAS, Rule 8 of the Standing Rules of the City Council establishes regular meeting dates and times for the City Council committee meetings; and

WHEREAS, the Council desires to change the regular weekly Council committee and legislative session meeting for the week of February 22, 1999, because of a conflict with meetings of the Missouri Municipal League; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. The City Council committee and legislative sessions meetings for the week of February 22, 1999, will be as follows:

City Operations Monday, February 22, 1999, 9:00 a.m.

Finance and Administration Monday, February 22, 1999, 11:00 a.m.

Legislative Session Monday, February 22, 1999, 3:00 p.m.
