ORDINANCE NO. 090023

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to enter into a Lease Agreement with Parkers Bebop Cafe, LLC, for the lease of City owned property located at 1128 Oak Street in Kansas City, Missouri to operate a restaurant.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of General Services is authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Parkers Bebop Cafe, LLC, for the operation of a lunch shop/restaurant located in the George E. Wolf parking garage for a period of one (1) year, beginning February 1, 2009, with a monthly rent in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 dollars ($1,500.00).
