Approving the petition to amend the petition to establish the Truman Road Community Improvement District through the addition of real property.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the petition to amend the petition to establish the Truman Road Community Improvement District (the “District”), previously established as a political subdivision pursuant to Ordinance No. 081023 and in accordance with Section 67.1401 through Section 67.1571, RSMo (the “Act”), is hereby approved in its entirety.

Section 2. That the District shall continue to exist and function for such time as authorized by Ordinance 081023.

Section 3. That the District shall annually submit its proposed budget, report and copies of written resolutions passed by the Districts board to the City pursuant to Section 67.1471, RSMo.
